In US government agencies, including the intelligence community and the Department of Defense, the correct/official acronym is «OBE»; it’s «Overwhelming with events» .. Former CIA director of counterintelligence James Jesus Angleton, also known as «the spy poet,» described the intelligence game as a «Desert of Mirrors,» a phrase borrowed from T.S. poem. The Graham Norton Show: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jaylan Ngonda (2024). I have to say that I was lucky enough to watch The Bureau a few years ago and honestly, it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever seen. There is a correlation between the two series, apparently referred to as «influenced»; with this, but I didn’t expect a similar plot.
You won’t regret it
Don’t get me wrong, the series is amazing so far, great cast, good cinematography, but it wasn’t something I hadn’t already seen in the French version. It’s too early to tell how it will play out, but I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t watched The Office to watch it. After Fassbender played a professional killer in David Fincher’s The Killer and I saw that he was part of the cast, I immediately knew he was the perfect choice for the role. This type of series actually requires some concentration while watching it so that you can follow all the characters and plot details.
You wouldn’t watch it while cycling on an indoor trainer
Some would even find them slow, maybe even boring, but these character traits and complex personal struggles and the slow build up of tension I think make them great. There is no middle ground for series you either like or dislike.
